How many homes should I look at before I make a decision?

There is no firm amount of properties to review before making a decision.  It is important to have an idea of the general property values in your particular market, for which your realtor should be able to provide assistance.  Once you have firm decisions regarding the most important issues in your sale or purchase, the details of the particular properties and parties should dictate the amount of time necessary to make a decision.  On any issue, our office will provide advice, however you will make the final decisions on your own.

How do your fees work?

Our office provides our service based on a contract, with commissions generally being paid from the closing of the sale.  Each situation is different, however most commissions are a total of 6% of the sales price, with each broker receiving 3%.
